Job summary
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to work with the SPoA Team based at Dunstable. The post holder will have excellent communication, leadership and organisation skills, be proactive with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
The post holder will be required to be flexible with shift working across 7 days.
Main duties of the job
To deliver high quality, safe and effective customer service over the telephone.
To undertake alternative roles (with appropriate training and support) within the wider Trust in a business continuity situation.
To meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
To type correspondence when required.
To support with the staff rota as required
To work flexibly as part of a team in order that essential priority tasks are covered and dealt with.

- Qualification in secretarial and administrative skills or equivalent, e.g. RSA III (or equivalent), NVQ Level III (or equivalent), or equivalent experience
- Advanced level knowledge of IT systems in particular Microsoft Office software packages; eg: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent
