We are looking for someone who is interested in working within the Community Mental Health Team and who has a genuine desire to make a difference to our service users and carers.
Luton and Bedfordshire Mental Health and Well-being Services, provided by ELFT (East London Foundation Trust) is advertising a part time vacancy (26.5 hours per week, Monday -Friday) Administrative Assistant post to provide administrative support to our Biggleswade Community Mental Health Team
Main duties of the job
You will have responsibility for providing administrative support to the Community Mental Health Team. You will also be expected to cover other members of the admin team when required.
We are looking for a self-motivated, confident person who is able to take initiative, work flexibly, and effectively priortise tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of high quality clinical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring relevant timescales are met, and to ensure that information can be retrieved whenever necessary and to meet agreed Trust targets and objectives.
You will need to show experience in working in an effective and efficient administrative and clerical service, demonstrate the ability to work within evolving systems, and to work alongside clinical staff and senior managers. You should have a very positive attitude to work in what can be a challenging environment.
