This post provides an ideal opportunity to work with Bedfordshire Community health services. The team is spread across Bedfordshire, based at Twinwoods (North Hub, MK41 6AT), Ampthill/ Shefford (Mid Hub MK45 2SB/SG17 (Mid Hub) or Queensborough House (South Hub, LU6 3JA) subject to the work requirement.
Main duties of the job
The post holder must possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills, self-motivated and be flexible, able to travel and work across a number of services in and around Bedfordshire. Be able to build and develop robust professional relationships.
This is a great opportunity to line-manage pharmacy technicians within the team and provide pharmaceutical support to the home care teams, a variety of Specialist services and multidisciplinary teams, service users and carers within the community settings. You will have opportunity to professionally develop yourself through education, mentoring, training and QI project within the organisation.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience of influencing others.
