Job summary

This is an excellent time to join ELFT's award-winningand fast paced People Relations team within the People & Culture Department. The People Relations Team supports and provides specialist advice to all categories of staff and managers in all aspects of employee relations case work.

Key areas of activity include to be a point of contact for Managers and employees, providing sound advice and assistance on people issues. Working in partnership with managers providing advice, education, and coaching on all aspects of employee relations issues in accordance with policies, procedures, and best practice, escalating issues where appropriate. Post holder will also be responsible for delivering training to up-skill managers.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will have Level 5 CIPD or a post graduate diploma in Human resource management and have relevant experience of recent generalist HR experience in a large complex organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid HR administration skills who is experienced at providing first line HR support to managers on a wide range of employment issues.
