Bank Receptionist/Administrator Opportunities
Hours: Flexible
Monday - Friday - Ranging from (08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 10:30-18:30)

Base: Kingsway Health Centre, LU4 8BY and Bramingham Park Medical Centre, LU3 4BG
Main duties of the job
We are is seeking for hardworking, flexible and detail orientated individuals to join our GP practices in Luton.
As our patient's first point of contact with the GP Surgery, you will need to be confident in dealing with queries in person, online and over the phone, solving and adapting to the needs of the practice.
This position combines both Medical Receptionist and Administrator duties and will require you to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be expected to work to a high standard to ensure that the GP surgery runs effectively and efficiently. Excellent timekeeping and a good standard of written and spoken English are a must.

Experience in delivering a high standard of customer service is valued but full training for this role will be provided.
