SPoR (Single Point of Referral) Administrator Band 4
The Bedfordshire Talking Therapies (BTT) is an NHS funded Talking Therapy service that helps with common mental health problems like low mood and anxiety. We offer a range of different therapies from CBT to Counselling. Therapy is offered; in groups, by telephone, online or face to face.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the BTT SPoR Administration Team. They will need to have a good telephone manner and be able to deal with the high volume of self-referral calls that come into the service along with effective management of the Single Point of Referral process, ensuring that it is delivered to a high standard of patient satisfaction and in line with service targets and protocols. The post holder will play a pivotal role in supporting the Admin Lead.
