An exciting opportunity has arisen for one WTE Resourcing Lead to join our team.

We are looking for individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic and innovative to help us to continue to develop our recruitment services.
Main duties of the job
You will lead in providing day to day operational management for the recruitment service with in these sites with support from the Bedford & Luton CAMHS Operations Managers. You will lead on recruitment initiatives and requirements for the teams and have full overview on our Trac system. You will be able to provide an operational resourcing service in recruitment, temporary staffing and operational Medical HR. Specifically, the post holder will ensure the provision of a customer focused, efficient and professional Resourcing service to a range of clinicians across the sites. They will also ensure recruitment processes and procedures are maintained effectively leading the administration of recruitment episodes including all aspects of the recruitment process.
The successful candidate will act as a local service link with IM&T, Finance, Human Resources, external candidates, universities etc. You will also contribute to the overall development of recruitment within Bedford & Luton CAMHS as part of the management group.
