Job summary
This exciting opportunity for a band 7 clinical post to join our primary care mental health liaison team.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as one of our five Mental Health Practitioners within the Primary Care Liaison team (PCL) in the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames. The Primary Care Liaison team is an integrated part of the Richmond Wellbeing Service, working alongside colleagues delivering the IAPT psychological therapies program.
About us
The Richmond Wellbeing service was an innovative service development back in 2012 combing these two service elements in order to provide seamless care packages of medical and psychological aspects of mental health care based in primary care. This set up is now at the heart of current NHS development and transformation efforts to bring different aspects of care to neighbourhood teams (Primary Care Networks), and this post offers an exciting chance to be part of the transformation of services in Richmond.
