Job summary
We are looking to recruit a confident and experienced Consultant Psychological Professional/Specialist Lead in Systemic and Group Therapies who is passionate about working systemically with staff and service users across East London. You will be responsible for proposing and implementing consultancy and reflective practice within teams across the Trust to support team functioning and indirect approaches with staff.
This exciting role sits within a Specialist Training Hub of lead psychological professionals alongside the Director of Psychological Professions in the Trust. It will also have a clinical element based in the Specialist Psychotherapy Service in City & Hackney where the post holder can develop a role taking into account their area of expertise. This will be discussed with you at interview and on appointment to be in line with your experience and service needs. It will be based on your prior experience and expertise in psychodynamic/systemic and other psychotherapeutic work.

Main duties of the job
The main functions of this role are:
1. To lead on development and support for group and systemic therapies across East London, including Reflective Practice for, and consultation to, staff teams;
2. To have a lead role in accordance with clinical specialism in the Leadership of Psychological and Psychotherapeutic Services in City and Hackney.
