You will be a motivated clinician who is able to communicate and demonstrate therapeutic interventions with adults who are experiencing acute mental health problems, with knowledge of the physical health issues related to this patient group, reflected in good documentation and the ability to evidence care. Your focus will be on the recovery of patients and improving the patient experience. We offer an excellent preceptor ship programme to newly qualified nurses and a nurse development programme to all registered nursing staff, as well as opportunities to apply for an Aspiring Leadership Programme for those who wish to progress into management. Supervision and support and reflective practice is offered to all staff.
