Main duties of the job
This platform will enable people to have access to their own care plan and other information about their mental and physical health on their phone or another digital device. We believe that this tool will enable people to have more control over their own health, and more personalised care when they need it through the greater choice, control and autonomy offered by the digital platform.
We are looking for Project Managers with experience of leading complex and largescale projects within Mental Health Services and with skills in both project management and staff training, to be an integral driver to deliver the Patients Know Best Programme. You will work across a complex system of stakeholders, from senior system leadership to teams directly delivering care.
About us
Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations
