Job summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Nurse who will join us on our 34 bedded Stoma ward- Ward D5. The successful applicant will be expected to work to our high standards of patient care and service delivery. We provide a comprehensive training package in a supporting and welcoming environment.

Our multidisciplinary team, deliver care for patients who are undergoing various general surgical procedures.

Main duties of the job

Includes usual band 5 tasks of completing comprehensive documentation, wound care, medication administration, planning, assessing and evaluating care to Trust standards and expectations and adhering to the Purpose T, falls, fluid & Hydration and MUST policies amongst others.
