Main duties of the job
To provide a general reception service to all patient/personnel who access the Urology department. The post holder will be required to use a designated computer system to enter patient data, combined with general office and clerical duties.
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly across the Trust and health community where required to ensure the service has sufficient cover available to meet patient and service needs. This will include both working in a variety of areas as required and being adaptable to use the skills required for a variety of services which could be delivered from a hub or centralised centre.
Ability to deal with non-routine issues such as problem solving for an area of work or developing alternative or additional procedures
