Job summary
The E Task lead coordinator will be a pivotal member of the Out of Hours team delivering professional leadership, support, guidance and excellent clinical skills to our medical and ward teams. The post holder will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of colleague's, patients, families and carers.
Main duties of the job
- Support the E-Task coordinator
- Line management responsibility
- Build excellent working relationships with our on call medical teams and other on call managers.
- Support the implementation of future developments
- Clinically skilled, supporting ward teams
- Lead the doctors huddles OOH, ensuring clear plans are in place using SAFER.
- Promote E-Task and support new staff across the Trust in effectively using the system
