Job summary
The Nurse Consultant ACP will provide highly specialised, expert advice, consultancy, clinical expertise and leadership to patients, carers and Trust staff. He/she will develop and influence strategy and policy to ensure excellence in clinical care for patients accessing emergency and urgent care services.
The post-holder will be required to provide and support, care and clinical treatments including non-medical prescribing as well as but not limited to clinical assessment and diagnosis of undifferentiated attendances. He/she will be required to be an expert practitioner in all aspects of emergency medicine and advanced nursing practice.

The post holder will also provide expert clinical and professional advice to staff within the Emergency Department and across areas of the Trust.
This post is currently 15 hours .
