Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, professional Healthcare assistants to come and join our team at Bluebell, discharge to assess unit, based at the Meadows in Offerton.
Bluebell accommodates 25 beds both male and female patients who require ongoing rehabilitation and support prior to discharge.
You will be part of a friendly, supportive , and professional integrated team comprising of consultants, Nurses, Occupational therapists, Physiotherapist, co-ordinators, social services and community services to offer the best care for our patients in this community setting.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is required to undertake training to enable them to carry out a wide range of tasks in support of clinical professionals, including activities directly related to patient care.
The team is dedicated to maintaining high standards promoting the Trusts values and standards.
