Job summary
The successful applicant will be a part of the Medical Team, which is led by the Medical Director and includes two permanent and one fixed term speciality doctors and a bank medical team that supports with staffing the out of hours rota. Additionally, Garden House Hospice Care has a Band 8 Specialist Pharmacist, who works across both Hospice and Hospital settings.Fitting with the Hospice's strong ethos of supporting training and education, the Hospice currently has three GP Trainee placement slots, to increase to four from August 2024.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be provided with a shared office, computer, internet access and secretarial support.
The successful applicant will be employed by the East and North Herts NHS Trust but will work entirely at Garden House Hospice Care. The pay scale for this post is currently £38,619 to £57,570 per annum. Your salary will be calculated based on previous experience.
