Job summary

We are recruiting for part time Phlebotomists who share our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

You will be taking blood samples from In-Patients/Out -Patients and at various clinics in the community. These are varied roles and you could be working at any of our hospital or community sites.

We are happy to hear from candidates who possess the right qualities but are not experienced in Phlebotomy, we would provide training.

Main duties of the job

Taking blood samples from patients in accordance with strict SOP's

Ensuring samples are packaged correctly to reach the correct Laboratory.

Ensuring safe practice for your patients and yourself.

We are a very busy friendly team providing Phlebotomy services to the East & North Herts community. You could be working in any of our Phlebotomy sites in this region.

Use of a car is advantageous for which a mileage allowance will be given if using your car for Phlebotomy duties.
