Job summary
We are recruiting for a Clinical Support Worker - Higher Level who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
We require an enthusiastic, dynamic applicant to join the Paediatric Diabetes team to support the current Paediatric Nursing staff in giving good quality and high standard of care to all Children and young people under the Diabetes service.
This role will require movement between Lister and QEII to assist with clinics at least 4 times a week as well as supporting CYP's from the office setting situated at QEII.

Main duties of the job
Support the MDT in the outpatient clinic setting.
Organise and assist the MDT with the smooth running of the outpatient service
Collect annual review blood and urine samples and send them to the lab
Complete injection and cannula site inspections
Provide annual review paperwork and ensure completion
Co-ordinate patients data downloads and attach to clinical record
