Job summary

We are excited to confirm that we are looking to recruit a Specialist in Rheumatology! Could this be the next opportunity you are looking for? We will support you with your CESR application so that you can go onto hopefully being appointed to a Consultant post with the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity within the Rheumatology department at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, based at the Lister Hospital in Stevenage, which enjoys a unique geographical location close to London and Cambridge. The department has also been recognised for services provided, most recently being awarded NRAS 2022 Team Champions.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will undertake 5 rheumatology clinics per week which will include General Rheumatology, Early Arthritis and GCA/ vasculitis clinics. The successful applicant will see rheumatology ward referrals, provide advice and guidance to primary care and support queries arising from the broader rheumatology team which include specialist nurses and other Allied Health Professionals.
