We are recruiting for a Nurse Team Leader who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Harlow renal unit was opened in August 2013 enabling renal patients living in and around this area to have their treatment in their home town. We are looking for an experienced renal nurse to join us to cover 12 months maternity leave. You will be joining with an experienced renal team who has extensive experience in developing workforce to manage renal units.
The Harlow Satellite unit is providing an environment with state-of-the-art IT systems and equipment. Post holders will be trained in the delivery of high quality patient care in a dialysis setting.

Main duties of the job
You will work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary management-clinical team in renal. You will demonstrate expertise and leadership in the delivery of care to patients requiring Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT) in the form of haemodialysis.
Promote high standards of professional practice and high quality of care delivery within Trust and department policies, protocols and guidelines.
Demonstrate expert clinical skills with specialised knowledge in caring for renal patients.
Deputise for the Senior Sister / Charge Nurse in their absence with regard to the operational management of clinical service delivery at unit level.
Provide clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and support staff.
