Job summary
We are recruiting for an eRostering Project Specialist who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
This role will allow the right person to grow, develop and become a subject matter expert in eRostering as part of a supportive and high-functioning, award winning eRoster team. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of projects, working with a variety of stakeholders and partners.
We are looking for an innovative, inspirational, and aspirational person with a background of working in the NHS. You will have experience of working with electronic rostering systems for both Medical & Dental and Agenda for Change staff groups using Rotamap and Allocate rostering systems.

You will need to be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and IT skills. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, have experience in delivering training and be able to manage a demanding workload within challenging deadlines.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work closely with the eRostering Workforce Lead to provide project support and operational implementation of specified projects on behalf of the trust.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the Medical eRostering system meets the needs of the organisation, and work with departments to provide efficient, cost effective and safe rosters in line with organisational policies.
Work closely and collaboratively with users at all levels across the organisation, engaging with services to ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skills to use and interpret the Medical eRostering system and follow best practices.
The post holder will utilise reporting systems that facilitate the analysis of trends and identification of hotspots regarding Medical eRostering information.
