This is an exciting role developing the business case to deliver world class commercial and retail facilities for an NHS Trust. Commercial acumen and awareness and a proactive and flexible attitude are required.
The Development Project Manager is the lead specialist responsible for long term planning, preparing and managing the Infrastructure development programme at various stages from briefing to completion for the Business Case process. Working directly with the Deputy Director of Estates and In-House Solicitor, The Development Project Manager will support with the commercial arrangements required to deliver non-clinical assets for the NHS. Real estate and property experience desirable but not essential.
Main duties of the job
The Development Project Manager is the lead specialist responsible for long term planning, preparing and managing the Infrastructure development programme at various stages from briefing to completion for the Business Case process. To ensure that they are completed in an efficient and effective manner, within programme timeframes and to provide the highest possible standards of Business Case delivery within the resources allocated, ensuring statutory compliance.
