We're seeking an exceptional Delivery Suite Ward Manager to join our maternity leadership team at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
This is a dual-role position, offering a 50/50 split between clinical and managerial responsibilities, enabling you to stay hands-on while developing key leadership and operational skills.
Main duties of the job
As Ward Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of dedicated midwives and maternity support workers, ensuring excellent standards of care are maintained at all times.
Working closely with the Matron for Delivery Suite and Triage, you will help oversee the safe running of the area, drive quality improvement, and support the ongoing development of our workforce.
