Job summary
We are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Lead Radiographer for the Radiology Department at Hemel Hempstead Hospital.
The successful candidate will be leading and supporting the department's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme for both pre-registration and post-registration non-medical staff.
The position involves working 26.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours falling between 08:00 and 17:00.
Final working days and hours will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking a qualified professional with excellent communication skills to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and comfortable working independently, with the confidence to recognise when to seek guidance and collaborate with colleagues.
Confident (or a willingness to learn) in handling human resources and employee relations matters is essential.
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to manage the dynamic and occasionally unpredictable operational demands of the workplace, responding effectively to shifting departmental priorities.
