Job summary
Working alongside the Surgery management team,
West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust are looking for an ambitious, determined, analytical and organised senior finance professional to lead the finances for the Surgical Division.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Associate Director of Operational Finance, the successful candidate will need to;
- be a qualified accountant with experience of working in a large complex organisation
- be technically strong with an eye for detail
- have excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of leading and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
- be financially and politically aware, bringing relevant knowledge to the delivery of good outcomes across contracts, income and costing functions
- be a strong leader, resilient, team player with a can-do attitude and developed collaboration and influencing skills.
