We are looking for a Band 4 waiting List Coordinator. We are a hard working friendly and flexible team; meeting ever changing demands and require someone of a similar nature. Candidate needs to be willing to work flexibly with regards to hours of work and speciality being covered. Full time 37.5 hours Monday-Friday.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic administrators to join our friendly team, within the Surgical Division.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with consultants, nurses, sectaries, and managers; communicating daily with patients and or care givers.
Forming close working relationships with specialties such as General Surgery, Breast etc. This is role is primarily responsible for the management of the admission of elective patients to the hospital and to participate in the operational management of the hospitals admitted pathway and waiting lists.
Understanding the sensitivity of the nature of work they're carrying out and dealing with patient matters in the strictest of confidence.
