We're searching for an exceptional Clinical Coding Auditor to join our thriving team at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

- Experience conducting coding audits applying the rules and conventions of the coding classifications and adhering to the Approved Auditor Code of Conduct.
- Experience in drafting recommendations for improvement in coding quality and producing formal audit reports for presentation to the senior managers and clinicians.
- Experience communicating audit feedback to the team members with empathy and respect for improvement and enhanced performance.
- Good working knowledge of commissioning requirements in NHS including NTPS and HRGs.
- Excellent time management skills -ability to work accurately and productively under pressure to meet deadlines and to produce audit reports at short notice.
- Experience participating in coding validation meetings with clinicians.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
