Job summary

Senior Clinical Fellow (ST3+ level) in Respiratory Medicine post August 2024 - posts in EBUS/CANCER, and CPEX/HOST DEFENCE/PLEURAL. Posts suitable for MTI. On Respiratory out of hours rota (not on GIM).

Full or part time applicants are invited to apply for this exciting 12 month Enhanced Clinical Fellowship in Respiratory Medicine. Posts suitable for MTI programme.

The department seeks dedicated, highly skilled trainees to join its established Fellowship Program.

Main duties of the job

The post below we have a commitment to the respiratory ward (approx. 1 week in 6) as well as to general respiratory clinics and the respiratory out of hours rota.

An educational supervisor will be made available for the post. These posts are suitable for trainees either at the junior SPR level or more senior trainees wishing to gain sub speciality experience prior to applying for consultant posts.

The post is also suitable for applicants coming via an MTI scheme and would also suit senior trainees wishing to develop a subspeciality portfolio prior to applying for a consultant post.
