Job summary
Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are looking to recruit a flexible, enthusiastic and motivated staff member to our Outpatient Physiotherapy Team at Jacketts Field, Abbots Langley.
The post available is a part time Band 3 Administrative and Clerical - team administrator role (24.5 hours per week. Working days are Tuesday/Thursday and Friday).
The post-holder must have experience in administrative and clerical duties and reception tasks. Excellent communication skills are essential to be successful in this role and any successful candidate is expected to possess the ability to prioritise their workload and be able to work with limited supervision.
Experience working in a similar role in the NHS/other healthcare environment would be desirable.

Main duties of the job
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support (back office and reception) to both managerial and clinical colleagues in a busy NHS Outpatient Physiotherapy Department.
To participate in any administrative duties requested by the Therapy Team Lead related to the department's outsourcing processes.
To, in addition, assume a lead administrative and clerical role, related to the small private patient service operating on site.
