Job summary
West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking to appoint enthusiastic Consultants in Anaesthetics with interests in Obstetric Anaesthesia, Chronic Pain and anaesthesia, and General Anaesthesia- Elective surgery/Regional anaesthesia.
Duties will be at Watford General Hospital (WGH) and St Albans City Hospital (SACH).
The successful candidates will have opportunities for development in areas such as perioperative medicine, regional anaesthesia, and preoperative assessment exist, and the successful candidate is encouraged to develop a special interest.
Candidates are required to have MBBS or equivalent, FRCA or equivalent,CCT or Equivalent in ICM as described by the faculty of ICM and must be on the Specialist Register of GMC or within 6 months of CCT (and gaining specialist registration) at time of interview.

- Successful candidates will be also eligible for a relocation allowance of up to £12,000 (if required) /pro rata.
