Job summary

Due to service expansion, we are looking to recruit flexible, enthusiastic and motivated staff to our Outpatient Physiotherapy Team.

We have an exciting full time opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic HCPC registered qualified Physiotherapist to join our forward thinking and highly regarded musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy Team.

This full time post is static and at Band 5 level, based at the West Hertfordshire Therapy Unit, Jacketts Field, Abbots Langley site.

The successful candidate will be supported by a Therapy Team Lead as well as Band 8, 7, 6 clinical Physiotherapists through a well-established probation, supervision and appraisal process. We also offer in-service training opportunities and experience will be gained in the supervision of assistant, administrative and clerical, as well as Physiotherapy students. There are also opportunities for paid study leave and/or course funding both internally/externally.

Main duties of the job

You will be working in a busy, friendly outpatient department seeing GP and Consultant referrals, undertaking assessment and treatment face to face and virtually.

Whilst you will be working autonomously, you will be supported by a supervisor and a team with extensive experience and knowledge. Nonetheless, our in-service trainings are lead by each clinician and so it is important to keep up to date with recent evidence and research.

You may be involved in leading classes and so therefore we are looking for someone who is a good communicator, motivated and organised.
