Job summary
The ICT Programme Delivery team are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Officer with excellent organisational and communication skills to join their team. The PMO role is vital to the support and management of the project portfolio.
This is a full-time role, 37 1/2 hours per week.
Base site is Hemel Hempstead Hospital with hybrid working supported. Cross site travel is also required at times.
Interviews for this role will take place on Tuesday 9th January 2024.
Main duties of the job
- Responsible for coordinating the new project requests received and ensuring they are recorded on the project portfolio
- Maintain the project portfolio records
- Manage the team shared mailbox, responding promptly and appropriately to messages
- Arrange meetings for the Senior Relationship Managers and Project Managers, take minutes as required
- System administrator for PM3 (project management system).
- Ensure that the project status, resourcing and financial information is tracked for all projects.
- Responsible for the production of required reports both regular and ad-hoc
- Requires good communication skills both verbal and written
- Requires excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
