Job summary

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Administrator within the Build and Cancellation Team.

The hours are 37.5 hrs full time. The role will be based primarily at St Albans but will require travel across all 3 main sites.

Main duties of the job

The role of the Build and Cancellation Team Administrator will involve :

  • Setting up ad-hoc and permanent clinic templates on Cerner in accordance with requests from clinical + medical services.
  • Completing Clinic cancellation requests.
  • Manage and validate all new appointment types that are created ensuring Trust approved naming convention is applied.
  • Manage and implement all new letter preps within Cerner for OPD.
