Are ready for a challenge and wanting to develop your specialist clinical and leadership skills? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Harm Free Care team at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

Main duties of the job

The Falls Prevention Practitioner works with the multi-disciplinary teams to prevent patient falls in hospital and to eliminate harm to patients from falls.

The post holder leads on Falls Prevention across the Trust, Line manages the Falls Prevention Support Nurse and works with the Therapy team.

The post holder will work with the quality improvement team to drive improvement using QI methodology.
