The Shared Professional Decision Making (SPDM) and the Magnet4Euroupe (M4E) Facilitator post holder is responsible for the coordination, facilitation, support, and review of SPDM and M4E across West Hertfordshire Hospitals. The successful applicant will present on the topic internally and be a proactive role model providing support to current SPDM Councils and the future ones.

The post holder will provide educational and developmental support in achieving the councils' projects. You will maintain a project database that supports the Quality Improvement programme in the Trust. Also, be skilled in supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams and leaders to create opportunities to enable teams to implement the SPDM approach M4E principles.

The SPDM Councils are good platforms for the exchange of ideas and solutions. Members of the Councils will include Nurses (registered and non-registered), Midwives, Doctors, ODPs, Healthcare Assistants, Ward Clerks, Housekeepers, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.

Deliver the Shared Professional Decision Making and M4E programme in conjunction with the Shared Professional Decision-Making Leadership Councils and Trust wide based
