Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is currently seeking reliable, organised, and efficient individuals to join our staff bank workforce, supporting a wide variety of administration roles on a temporary, flexible basis.

We are looking for motivated individuals to cover a variety of positions, including but not limited to:o Receptionistso Ward Clerkso Administratorso Medical Secretarieso IT Supporto Procurement Specialists...and many more essential administrative roles across the Trust.

These roles are available across both Tunbridge Wells Hospital and Fordcombe Hospital sites.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking candidates with a wide range of skills and experience. While specific duties may vary by role, the following attributes are essential across all positions:

  • A strong level of customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in administrative, secretarial, or front-of-house roles
  • High accuracy in data collection, entry, and verification
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and use of email
  • A willingness to learn new IT systems
  • Good typing skills

Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable, and a basic understanding of GDPR is desirable (however training will be provided).

Please note: This is a bank-only role and work is offered on an as-and-when-required basis. Weekend and evening shifts are not available, so please only apply if your availability aligns with weekday hours.
