The Recruitment Team plays a vital role in facilitating Trust wide recruitment for a variety of roles, as a recruitment officer you will learn all aspects of recruitment administration from advert to appointment.
You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative recruitment service, ensuring your team is compliant with department procedures and safe recruitment processes.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have the ability to work well under pressure whilst providing excellent customer service. Strong administrative and communication skills are essential with experience of recruitment being an advantage.
We currently operate a hybrid working model once you have completed your face-to-face training, working in the office 1-2 days a week. Please note a need for flexibility is essential in the event of sickness, annual leave and to represent the trust at internal and external events.
