Job summary

  • To maintain and upkeep TNF registry for Rheumatology patients on high cost biologic drugs. To ensure patient is up to date with blood testing then provide prescriptions for clinicians to approve ensuring patients continuity of biologic drugs

Main duties of the job

  • Maintain the biologics registry/database to ensure accurate information on all patient receiving biologics therapies

  • Work collaboratively with all members of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to meet the needs of patients and their families

  • The post holder must also assist in the collection, organisation and input of relevant patient data into the local and national biologics registry/database, working in collaboration with the wider MDT to ensure that adequate accurate records are kept

  • Provide administrative support and co-ordinate the monthly biologics Team meeting
