We have been nominated several times for RCM awards and are internationally recognised for our research and practises into 'Kangaroo Care', for the promotion of well-being in transitional care babies.

We have a vibrant workforce, and encourage the sharing of ideas and innovation from staff, to contribute to the evolution of our services, and shaping our strategy.

There are a number of vacancies available, and our ambition is that following completion of your Apprenticeship as a Band 2 maternity support worker you will be comfortable and competent to work in any area of our Maternity services . Our maternity Services support 7 day a week, 24hr care, 365 days per year so there is an expectation that you will cover a combination of both week day, nights and weekend shifts, including Bank and Public Holidays.
