Job summary
To assist in the provision of an efficient, responsive, flexible and effective Estates Maintenance service to the Maidstone Hospital site as part of the Estates Department team.
Work with minimal supervision, providing maintenance, repair and replacement services as necessary to, mechanical, plumbing, service systems.
Undertake both reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme to help prolong the life expectancy of equipment/plant. TMV Maintenance and repairs.
Main duties of the job
An understanding of water hygiene regimes and the Health care technical memoranda HTM04 would advantageous.
Recording work carried out via a software package on handheld tablets.
Work with minimal supervision and to undertake both reactive and planned maintenance.
