Job summary
MTW Sexual Health Services provide expert care on all areas of sexual health, HIV and contraception care across West and North Kent with clinics in Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Gravesend and Dartford. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, well-motivated and efficient individual to work as part of our administration team based at our clinic in Maidstone Hospital. You will be working in a friendly team, assisting with providing services for people from all ages and backgrounds with varied sexual health and contraception needs.
Main duties of the job
The main role of the job will be to provide a reception and administration service for the Sexual Health Clinic at Maidstone Hospital. You will need to have excellent communication, listening and computer skills to be able to provide an optimum level of customer service. You will be dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information every day, therefore a non-judgemental attitude and strong understanding of patient confidentiality is essential
