Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Medical Secretary within our Specialist Medicine Clinical Administration Unit at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

You will have exceptional secretarial skills , and knowledge of all Microsoft packages. You should demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, be a team player, be self-motivated, able to prioritise a busy workload, work to deadlines and have a flexible approach to your duties.

Main duties of the job

You should be self-motivated with the ability to work in a busy and pressured environment. You should be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach to duties.

Knowledge and experience within the health sector would be beneficial but not essential.

We provide a full range of general hospital services and some aspects of specialist and complex care to around 600,000 people living in west Kent and East Sussex.   • Secretarial and audio-wordprocessing qualification to at least RSA3/advanced level certificate
