Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for providing accommodation both on-site and off-site for all appropriate staffing groups. To assist the Head of Facilities Management in providing all administrative and reporting functions necessary for the effective management of Staff Residencies in TWH.
Maximise income from Staff Accommodation by ensuring that all properties are available to let and are fit for purpose.
The Post Holder will also be expected to support the Assistant Facilities managers in other ad hoc duties.
Main duties of the job
The Post Holder will manage the Trust Staff Accommodation block (Tunbridge Wells), providing an effective and efficient Support Service to all Residents including:
Review and increase rental charges when applicable.
Ensure Tenancy Agreements are completed correctly.
Monitor the performance of Cleaning Services.
Arrange and Monitor all minor Building Maintenance
