An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the diverse and dynamic Clinical IT systems training team.
Working alongside our Clinical Systems Management team, we are responsible for a comprehensive programme of high-quality training supporting in excess of 6,000 clinical and non-clinical staff.
We play a pivotal role in supporting the digital transformation programme of works to create a single point of access to patients' healthcare records as a result of the ongoing implementation and development of new Sunrise ePR system.
Our teams currently work flexibly, from home and from any MTW site, including satellite services. This is likely to become a permanent way of working.
Main duties of the job
The main focus of the role is the creation and development of eLearning packages for all our systems. Existing knowledge of Captivate and Cantasia software is an advantage, but training can be given. You will have knowledge and experience of clinical and non-clinical systems with the ability to learn new systems.
You will assist with delivering the training via a variety of guises, such as face-to-face, and Microsoft Teams. You will also be involved in the system testing of new and upgraded IT systems prior to their deployment.

The Trust's core catchment areas are Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells and their surrounding boroughs. We work from two main clinical sites: Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury. Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients - the first of its kind in the country.
We employ more than 7,000 full and part-time staff in a huge range of clinical and non-clinical roles across both of our hospital sites.
