An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced administrator to support the Divisional Team in Women's, Children's and Sexual Health.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional administrator who has excellent organisational and communication skills. This would be an ideal opportunity to progress your career within the NHS.
You must have excellent keyboard skills, a detailed understanding of Microsoft Office and previous experience in an administrative role. A key part of the role will involve co-ordinating Divisional Meetings and taking minutes.
You will be required to manage your own workload whilst working within the Divisional team. Previous experience working in the NHS would be an advantage but not essential.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a committed individual with good organisational skills who would enjoy working with the Divisional Management team. The individual will need to be able to be able to work under their own initiative.
The post-holder will be responsible for providing an administrative support service to the Clinical Directors, Specialty Clinical Leads and other senior leaders in the Divisional management team as required.
Good communication, problem solving and IT skills are essential. An ability to work within a busy environment would be a requirement to fulfil this role. You would be required to work autonomously on occasions.

Following your Corporate Induction you will be expected to attend the Trusts 2-week Induction Programme for RNs, NAs, RMs, ODPs and Paramedics. The programme is full-time (please emailmtw-tr.professionalstandards@nhs.netif this is problematic)and will involve travel to both Trust sites. The programme includes supernumerary shifts in the clinical area, classroom-based sessions and e-learning.
Please note that appointment to this post will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service Check at Standard Level.
