Main duties of the job

The role of the Continuous Improvement Business Partner is to work alongside assigned parts of the organisation to build capability, promote, support and coach the application of Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) methods through the Exceptional People, Outstanding Care (EPOC) approach, enabling staff to solve problems and improve performance towards our vision, from the frontline.

You will coach and support Continuous Improvement efforts using defined methods (A3, PDSA, DMAIC etc) to enable significant improvements and demonstrate subsequent benefits. The role will be responsible for organising and facilitating multi-disciplinary teams throughout the improvement capability building lifecycle and require suitable levels of governance. Key to this role will be embedding the EPOC approach through applied capability building activities (teaching, mentoring and coaching) with partnered area(s), working with individuals and teams at all levels.
