This is a busy, varied and challenging role where you will be specialising in our Spinal Orthopaedic Service. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating and booking outpatient clinics as well as ensuring the spine MDT is set up and managed appropriately.
You will be solely responsible for patients on our spinal pathway from triage, outpatient clinics, diagnostics and possible surgery along with ensuring the outpatient waiting lists are managed within the referral to treatment target.

The role can be based at either Maidstone or Tunbridge Wells as we have Orthopaedic admin teams at both sites, however cross site working will be required throughout the month due to the nature of some of the admin tasks

Clinic appointments and knowledge of patient waiting lists would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
