Your role will be vital in liaising with clinical teams and Recruitment, supporting recruitment processes and initiatives. Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide a high quality, effective and timely recruitment and selection admin service to the Medical and Emergency Care and Surgical Divisions, supporting the strategic Trust vision for Nursing recruitment and retention. Please note these are two separate roles and full training will be provided by the Recruitment Department and Divisions

You will provide Divisional recruitment administration support ensuring the provision of an efficient, effective and timely service, which is compliant with Trust policies and procedures and best practice.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with divisional teams and wider HR colleagues and customers, working with individual clinical teams to effectively prioritise and plan recruitment initiatives, to ensure proactive service delivery which is compliant with departmental workforce plans and provide advice and guidance to Divisions as required in relation to recruitment and selection.

The post holder will liaise with the recruitment team to ensure full utilisation of Trac and NHS Jobs supporting a streamlined and efficient service provision. Ensuring the correct recruitment protocols/procedures are followed and that housekeeping is completed in a timely manner.

You will assist in the collection, monitoring, and reporting of recruitment data for the Division, ensuring compliance with policies and SLA's at all times.

The Trust provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 500,000 people living in the south part of West Kent and the north part of East Sussex.

The Trust's core catchment areas are Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells and their surrounding boroughs. We work from two main clinical sites: Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury. Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients - the first of its kind in the country.

We employ over 6,500 full and part-time staff in a huge range of clinical and non-clinical roles across both of our hospital sites.
