Main duties of the job

Your responsibilities as a Pharmacist at TrustMed Pharmacy will include:

- Serving as a Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications.

- Professionally screening prescriptions and providing comprehensive counselling to patients on medication usage and general health matters.

- Engaging in continuous quality improvement processes to enhance pharmacy services and patient care.

- Supervising and providing training to other pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of practice.

TrustMed Pharmacy is a unique opportunity for you to build your clinical knowledge as a pharmacist in an outpatient hospital setting and make valuable patient interventions in a community pharmacy-based environment.
